Ab Wheel
The lowly ab wheel has quietly been one of the best selling ab machines to come along in the past 15 years. It’s not glamorous of flashy – and you won’t see any late night TV commercials hyping the snot out of it.
The Ab Wheel is a basic ab training device that, although effective, is most often misused by beginners who think it’s a cheap miracle gadget to get rock hard flat ab muscles.
To get an effective workout using an ab wheel, you need to have built up some good core strength already.

There is a very real chance you’ll injure yourself using an Ab Wheel because there is no built-in resistance to assist you during the stretching potion of the movement.
