When making ab machine comparisons, don’t ever get fooled into thinking you can get the abs you want just by using an ab exercise machine alone.
The fact is, no matter how effective an ab machine is at stimulating your abdominal muscles, if you’re not doing cardio, weight training and keeping your diet and food consumption in check you’ll never have a flat stomach.
Therefore, each machine is given a rating and a buy recommendation if it has proven itself effective at targeting the abs for exercise (here’s my pick for best ab machine).

Unlike my other exercise equipment reviews, there isn’t a great need for a long drawn out explanation for an ab machine review. Either the ab machine works as advertised, or it does not. End of story.
