Proform 995 SEL Treadmill

As far as mid priced treadmills go, the Proform 995 SEL packs some good features, innovative technology and strong motor into a home treadmill that is pretty affordable.

One of the things I really like about the 995 SEL is that it has iFit technology. What's iFit technology? It's a system that allows you to get professional custom workouts, right through the internet, video or compact disk that control your treadmill. They work really well too.

Another thing to like about the Proform 995 treadmill is the adjustable deck cushioning, which can be adjusted from firm to soft, depending on your workout needs.

I also really like the control panel on this treadmill, it's large and easy to read. It displays speed, minute-per-mile pace, distance, calories burned and more.

One last thing, the 995 SEL also includes a set of 2-lb. hand weights for upper-body toning.

The Proform 995 SEL is a good low end treadmill if you can find one used locally on eBay. Just make sure that it's lightly used and hasn't been beat on too bad!
