Sole F63 Treadmill
The Sole F63 Treadmill is a quality machine that's worthy of consideration in this price range, but a few shortcomings in the horse power and heart rate monitoring department make the Sole F80 my recommended treadmill in the mid-price market.
The entry level folding treadmill from Sole (the Sole F63 Treadmill) has plenty of things going for it right out of the gate.
A solid 2.5 hp motor, a long warranty and good sized running surface are among them, but for a few hundred bucks more you can do a lot better in the Sole lineup and get a machine that's built to take a lot more punishment.
When you get into the $1000 plus price range the one thing you should insist on is built-in heart rate programs. The Sole F63 is lacking here having none (it's hard to have heart rate programs with pulse grip sensors for your heart rate tracking).
Key features of the Sole F63 treadmill:
Sure you can save a few bucks by getting the Sole F63 instead of one of the more advanced Sole treadmills like the F80 or the F85, but in the long run you're small investment will pay for itself many times over with features like a stronger motor, armrest speed and incline controls and a wireless heart rate chest strap.
